Training-data indemnity is a vendor's promise to cover you if its model's training data triggers a copyright or intellectual-property claim.
It's one of the most important - and most narrowly scoped - clauses in an AI contract. Check whether the indemnity covers outputs as well as the model, and whether it's gutted by conditions like using the vendor's content filters.
